The Reichcommissar of Baden has issued an order providing for the immediate prohibition of the import of kosher meat, under the penalty of a fine of up to 15,000 Marks for the violation of this decree.
This order of the Reichcommissar is in connection with the legislative act of the government whereby the Jews of Germany have been deprived of the possibility of obtaining in Germany meats slaughtered according to the Jewish ritual.
