A resolution directed against the treatment being accorded Jews in Germany and urging the administration at Washington, through friendly representations to request the German government to end its racial and religious intolerance was adopted at the June meeting of the executive committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore.
The resolution was presented by Edward J. Colgan jr. Adoption of the resolution carried with it a provision that copies be sent to President Roosevelt, the Secretary of State and members of Maryland’s delegation to Congress.
