Bank Leumi Leisrael announced here today that Shimon Bar-Tslil has been appointed a vice-president, attached to the institution’s New York branch.
Mr. Bar-Tslil came to Bank Leumi-New York in June from the bank’s head office in Tel Aviv, where he had been serving since 1960 as an official of the international department. Mr. Bar-Tslil, a member of the Israel Bar Association, served with the Government of Israel from 1950 to 1960 as head of the foreign investment division in the office of the Controller of Foreign Exchange.
