Police here arrested seven men this afternoon after an armed robbery at a bank in the Orthodox Bay-it Vegan quarter. The take was IL 10,000. No further details have yet been released. It was the first such robbery in the capital in recent memory, though a wave of armed robberies of banks has been sweeping the Tel Aviv region this year. A police patrol car which happened to pass by the bank during the holdup was shot up by the robbers and one of its occupants was slightly wounded.
