A testimonial dinner to James Speyer was recently tendered by the trustees and officers of the Central Savings Bank in recognition of Mr. Speyer’s long years of service as senior trustee of the Bank. The dinner was held at the University Club.
Peter Grimm was toastmaster; Henry W. Taft presented an old English silver tray to Mr Speyer in behalf of those who attended the dinner. August Zinsser, president of the Bank, expressed the Bank’s appreciation of Mr. Speyer’s service.
