Bar-Ilan University here conferred degrees and diplomas this weekend on 254 graduates in various departments of the university. Rabbi Joseph H. Lookstein, of New York, acting president of the university conferred the degrees.
Twenty-two of the graduates received masters degrees; 131 received bachelors degrees; diplomas were presented to 16 graduates of the Institute of Criminology. Rabbinical teaching diplomas were awarded to 31; and 54 received high school teaching certificates.
