Baron Philip de Gunzbourg, who lived in hiding in France during the German occupation, has returned to Paris, it was learned today from at circles. He is one of the leading members of the Ort in France.
The office of the Ort here also announced today the sending of its chief engineer, M. Waysman, to Paris to resume Ort activities in liberated France. The announcement added that Dr. Aron Syngalowski, leader of the World Ort Union, will have here next month for Paris with plans for establishing cooperative workshops for Jewish artisans and unemployed. He will also reopen the Ort trade schools which were closed by the Germans during the occupation.
