Baron Ludwig Hatvany, whose release on a bond of 100,000 pengoes was set tentatively by a decision of the criminal court, will not be released, the Hungarian Royal Court ruled.
The fear was expressed that Baron Hatvany may leave the country and forfeit the bond. The proceedings on his appeal against the sentence will be resumed on May 7.
