Menachem Beigin, leader of the hard-line Gahal faction, declared in a radio interview yesterday that there was no chance of his party re-entering Mrs. Meir’s coalition government as long as the latter stood by its resolution mentioning withdrawal from occupied Arab territories. Gahal walked out of the government at the time in protest.
