Among the prisoners of war recently liberated in Germany was Belgian Major General Ernest Wiener, Director of Studies of the Belgian Military Academy and chairman of the Central Belgian Jewish Consistoire, it was learned here. Gen. Wiener was taken prisoner by the Germans on May 28, 1940.
