Belgian police briefly arrested an Iranian in connection with the 1994 bombing of an Argentine Jewish center. But Saied Baghban was quickly released because he has diplomatic immunity. Baghban, a secretary at the Iranian Embassy in Brussels since 2001, was among eight Iranian officials ordered arrested by Argentine Judge Juan Jose Galeano on Aug. 13.
