Belgium’s Jewish community has asked the Israeli government to return its ambassador to Brussels. Ambassador Yehudi Keinar was recalled a month ago after the Belgian Supreme Court ruled Israeli officials could be charged with war crimes in connection with the 1982 massacre of Palestinians refugees by Christian militiamen in Lebanon.
