The Belgrade Radio said today that the so-called Jewish Autonomous Region of Biro-Bidjan in the Soviet Union has been abolished by order of the Soviet Government and has been incorporated into the province of Habarovsk. The broadcast adds that the position of the Jewish minority in Russia is now worse than it ever was during the Czarist regime.
