The New York opening of “A Ship Comes in,” starring Jacob Ben-Ami, has been definitely set for tomorrow night, at the Morosco Theatre. This will be Ben-Ami’s first appearance in over three years.
The producers, Richard Herndon and John C. Mayer, the sponsors of the play, have engaged a cast including Nan Bryant, Virginia Stevens, Ann Lubowe and Calvin Thoms. Setting for the scenes, which are laid in Vienna and on an ocean liner, were designed by Herbert Ward and Walter Harvey. Augustin Duncan, actor and director is staging the play.
