Defense Minister David Ben Gurion conferred today with the heads of Israel secondary schools on a plan for including two weeks of agricultural work annually for students in all curricula.
Among the others participating in the discussion were Education Minister Ben Zion Dinur and a number of top Ministry officials, Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Moshe Dayan and senior army officers. The plan is expected to affect some 3,000 students.
