Former Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion reiterated today his plans to publish a book on the Lavon Affair “after military censorship clearance.” Mr. Ben-Gurion made known his intentions after the Deputy Director General of the Defense Ministry sent a letter to Haggai Eshed, the Israeli journalist who compiled the book for the former Premier, warning him against publication of the work on the grounds that the book was commissioned by Ben-Gurion when the latter was Defense Minister and therefore the copyright belonged to the Government.
