Hopes that a new coalition government for Israel will be formed this week rose today as Premier David Ben Gurion, who is seeking to form a new government, reported latest developments to President Chaim Weizmann. Immediately after his interview with the President at Rehovoth, Mr. Ben Gurion returned to Jerusalem for further consultations with leaders of his Mapai Party, the General Zionists and the Mizrachi workers.
