Benjamin Netanyahu gave conditional acceptance to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s offer to become Israel’s next foreign minister. Netanyahu said in a statement Sunday he would accept the post if Sharon calls early elections. It was not immediately clear if Sharon would accept the proposal.
