Konrad Bercovici, author of gypsy novels and magazine writer, discussed the situation in Roumania at a dinner of the American Jewish Congress Tuesday night at the Hotel New Yorker. Other speakers were Bernard Deutsch, president of the Congress; Bernard G. Richards, executive secretary; Abe. Goldberg and George Z. Medalie.
