Eugene Blumenthal, a Berlin Jew, was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment by the Dusseldorf tribunal today on charges of “systematic soiling of the German race,” the Havas News Agency reported. He was deprived of his civic rights for five years in addition to the jail term.
