Jews in Yugoslavia are becoming increasingly uneasy in view of the impending anti-Jewish laws in that country and the mounting anti-Semitic action in southern Dobrudja, the German wireless reported today.
The wireless reported that many Jews were selling immovable property and automobiles and were converting their funds into foreign currency or buying jewelry which could be easily taken out of the country in case of emergency.
The German-controlled Paris radio reports that Jews are creating trouble in Yugoslavia. In the town of Neusaatz, Jewish demonstrators threw a “package” into a cafe where nationalists were meeting, the broadcast said.
