Herman Bernstein, former United States Minister to Albania, who resigned as contributing editor of the Jewish Daily Bulletin, will devote himself to literary activities.
He is now completing two important works. One of these is “The Book of Peace.” The second is “A Dialogue in Hell,” dealing with the book written by Maurice Joly, French lawyer, in 1864; which formed the basis for the forged “Protocols of the Elders of Zion. “
