Bessarabia will be the most important subject discussed at the Russo-Roumanian Conference, which opened here on Saturday. The other matters that will be taken up, in the order of their importance, are territorial, financial-economic and judicial-political questions. The adjustment of the Bessarabian problem will, however de tarmine the course of the conference. The head of each delegation will preside at the sessions of this conference, alternately.
