The Act of Indictment against Wulfin and Zalkind, the two young Jews who were arrested a month ago on the charge that they were concerned in the death of Stanislaw Waclawski, the National Democratic student who was killed during the anti-Jewish outbreak at Vilna University in November, was completed to-day.
A large number of witnesses have been registered on both sides.
The trial will begin in the middle of March. Wulfin and Zalkind will continue to be in custody until the trial.
