A racial office for improving the German race and adding to its numbers was officially announced here today by the Government with the appointment of twelve experts to serve as a racial purity commission.
"The purity of the race is in danger," the declaration states, "and the number of mixed marriages is growing. The Government therefore finds it essential through suitable legislation to preserve the national purity."
