A bill which, if passed, would enable grants to Jewish schools by the Province of Alberta, was introduced in the Provincial Legislature here by the Minister of Education. There are three Jewish day schools in Alberta — one in this capital city, and two in Calgary.
There has been little agitation among Jews in this province for provincial grants to Jewish schools.
