An 18-year-old girl soldier who used an army stenciling machine to make handbills for Israel’s Black Panthers has been discharged from the army, it was learned today. Sharona Belen was given a suspended sentence by an army court martial last week and immediately discharged. A police spokesman told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency no decision had yet been made on charging her with any civil offense.
