B’nai Brith Council of New Jersey will hold its quarterly convention at the Community Center Building, Jersey City, N. J., March 19th, at 10:00 A.M. Leon H. Rose from Camden, its President, will preside. Reports will be made by Committee Chairmen conducting B’nai Brith activities in New Jersey. The Council is the guest of the B’nai Brith Lodge of Jersey City and will be entertained at a luncheon to be tendered at the Community Center. The convention will be attended by prominent Jews of the State to consider Jewish problems. The Honorable Nelson Ruttenberg, President of the Jewish National Fund of America, will address the gathering on the Washington Forest Project being established in Palestine. William M. Unterman, President of the B’nai Brith District No. 3 comprising the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia, will also address the meeting.
