The first phase of a national survey to determine the character and extent of discrimination against Jewish applicants by colleges and universities has been completed, it was announced today by Dr. Max Baer, national director of the B’nai B’rith Vocational Service Bureau. The second phase of the study, which is being conducted by a prominent organization in the field of higher education with the financial assistance of B’nai B’rith, is now under way.
