A resolution supporting United Nations action in the Korea conflict was adopted today at the closing session of the national convention of B’nai B’rith Girls, which has a membership of 8,000 teen-agers. Members of the organization from all parts of the U.S. and Canada met here for four days to study programs of creative Jewish living and problems affecting “Jewish youth in the non-Jewish world.”
In its resolution on the Korea situation, the B’nai B’rith Girls pledged “complete support to the United States Government in whatever programs are established to assure a victory over the forces of aggression.” Miss Marian Litinetsky, a student at New Jersey State Teachers College in Trenton, N.J., was elected national president of the organization.
