B’nai B’rith International was accepted as a part of the Organization of American States, a grouping of 35 nations that work for democracy and economic progress in the Americas. One of 15 nongovernmental agencies affiliated with the OAS, B’nai B’rith will participate in discussions of freedom of speech and other human rights issues.
