The support of the 325,000 B’nai B’rith members throughout the nation to the President’s Citizens Food Committee’s program of self-?ial to meet Europe’s food crisis was today pledged by Frank Goldman, Lowell, Mass., ##ai B’rith president.
Describing the food conservation drive as a program to “give people in other lands the strength to work, to build, to become once more self-supporting men and women,” Mr. Goldman sent identical telegrams to President Truman and Charles Luckman, chairman of the food committee, informing them of B’nai B’rith support.
