B’nai B’rith President David M. Blumberg today wired the 41 members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee to urge an increase in U.S. aid grants for resettlement of Soviet refugees. The Nixon Administration has proposed maintaining the $50 million appropriated each of the past two years for resettlement assistance. Some Jewish groups suggested during hearings on the bills an increase to $250 million.
