A study of young adults educational and social needs ignored by community leaders in their emphasis on correcting juvenile delinquency was voted here today at the tenth annual convention of the B’nai B’rith Young Adults organization. Martin Levy, 23, was elected president of the group, which has members in the 19-26 year old category.
