A large Bnai Zion delegation left today for Israel to inaugurate the Mendel Fisher Students’ House at Ein Hod, the artist colony near Haifa. The Art Colony already contains the Minnette Fisher Ceramics Institute established by Bnai Zion in memory of the late wife of Mr. Fisher, Now the Students’ House will serve as a dormitory for students attending the Institute. $50,000 was raised for the Students’ House by Bnai Zion and the Jewish National Fund as well as friends of Mr. Fisher.
