An analysis of speeches at recent meetings of Sir Oswald Mosley’s Union Movement indicates that the fascist group is concentrating on the current economic situation and preparing its propaganda with an eye to the threatening recession, it was reported here today by the Jewish Defense Committee of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
It was proposed to deal with the threat of Mosley’s group by appealing to individual owners of public halls to deny him use of their facilities.
The report also disclosed that a number of MP’s had received offensive Nazi-type propaganda which pretended to come from Ku Klux Klan sources. Upon investigation, the defense committee said. all the propaganda was traced to one individual. A similar situation in reference to KKK material was found 18 months ago. but a different person was responsible for the “campaign. “
