Army hikers have found the body of the second of two brothers reported missing in the Judean Desert.
Nahshon Leibowitz, 18, was buried Sunday next to the week-old grave of his older brother Ophir, 21, in Haifa’s military cemetery.
Nahshon’s body was found Saturday near the shores of the Dead Sea, less than a mile from where his brother’s body was discovered July 13.
Ophir’s body was found at the bottom of a cliff, from which he may have fallen, while Nahshon’s body was found in a crevice. It is thought he may have been killed by a landslide.
