The body of Maurice Lowenberg, 27, Jewish underground leader who was tortured to death by the Gestapo last July, was re-buried yesterday with full military honors.
Lowenberg, who was known under the alias of “Cachou” organized, together with members of the Zionist Youth group, an extensive network of camouflage, which saved many Jews from arrest.
