Denver police are investigating a bomb incident in front of the BMH Temple which resulted in slight injuries to one man and some damage to a car parked in front of the synagogue. The bomb was placed in the car, while its owner was in the temple.
Detectives ascribe the incident to youthful vandals. An Anti-Defamation League official said that so far “there is no trace of racial prejudice, ” A similar auto bombing occurred at the same site last year following another incident an which small bombs were placed in trash cans in the synagogue alley.
