Three members of a television camera team were injured slightly this afternoon when a bomb was hurled at their parked car in the central square of Gaza opposite the municipal building. All three were released from a hospital this evening after receiving first aid treatment. The team was headed by Victor Nahmias, the Arab affairs commentator on Israeli television. Last night a hand grenade was thrown at an Israeli army car on Gaza’s main street but caused no casualties. Security forces are investigating both incidents.
Meanwhile, Israeli military units and police have been alerted for possible terrorist outrages during the High Holidays next week. Every available man has been called up for guard or patrol duty and the public has been urged to be particularly watchful for possible attempts at sabotage.
