Argentine police discovered and removed yesterday a bomb which had been placed next to a wall of Buenos Aires’ largest synagogue, the Liberated Street Synagogue. A policeman on the beat discovered the explosive and summoned a bomb squad which cordoned off the entire block and then disarmed and removed the bomb. An investigation has been launched.
