Two Israel Defense Force soldiers were wounded Sunday in southern Lebanon when a roadside bomb exploded in the security zone. The soldiers were traveling with convoy not far from the Israeli border.
The two soldiers were flown to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where the condition of one was described as light, and the other as moderate.
IDF troops launched searches for the bombers.
The Islamic fundamentalist Hezbollah group later claimed responsibility for the attack.
