Senator Robert F. Kennedy, New York Democrat, and Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman will be among the principal speakers at a three-day national planning conference of the Israel Bond Organization to be held here September 17 to 19, it was announced today by Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, Israel Bonds vice-president. The conference will launch the fall campaign for the sale of $100, 000, 000 in Israel Bonds during this year.
Other participants will include Abraham Feinberg, president of the Israel Bond Organization; Dr. Schwartz; Samuel Rothberg, national campaign chairman; Louis H. Boyar, chairman of the board of governors; Ira Guilden, national chairman; Morris W. Berinstein, national chairman of trustees; and Mrs. Jan Peerce, national chairman of the Women’s Division. More than 500 Jewish leaders, representing members of the national board of governors and chairmen of the bond campaign in major cities throughout the country, will participate in the weekend meetings, Dr. Schwartz said.
