A West German court ruled here today that the Federation of Federal Republic Trade Unions had been justified in denouncing the German National Democratic Party as “militaristic, nationalistic and anti-democratic.” It threw out a suit brought by the neo-Nazi organization to restrain the trade union organization from applying these terms to it. The federation had used this description in voicing a demand that the authorities outlaw the Nazi organization.
