French Foreign Minister Georges Bonnet today outlined France’s general program on the German Jewish refugee problem as follows: 1) Establishment of some of the refugees in French colonies; 2) Admission of further refugees to France, in proportion as Britain and the United States are willing to make similar contribution, and 3) organization of a special committee to take in German-Jewish children.
