A gift of $500,000 to aid the expansion of Beth Israel Hospital, has been pledged by Mortimer C. and Florence Lehman Gryzmish, of Brookline, Mass., it was announced here today.
Irving W. Rabb, chairman of the hospital’s development committee, said that the present 180-bed North building of the hospital will be named for Mr. Gryzmish, a prominent philanthropist, and Mrs. Gryzmish. The gift will contribute toward the hospital’s $7,500,000 expansion goal.
