Beth Israel Hospital here has raised more than $5,200,000 in its Development Fund campaign, it was announced today by Irving W. Rabb, chairman of the development committee. The goal of the expansion drive is $7,500,000.
The result was made public at a special report dinner at which Mr. Rabb pointed out that most of the gifts had been made by trustees of the hospital during the past two months. The principal address of the evening was delivered by Dr. Abram L. Sachar, president of Brandeis University.
