Abraham Winer, a prominent industrialist and active leader in the Jewish community, has been named to serve as American specialist in small business practices to the Government of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland and to business organizations and small business proprietors throughout that area, for a period of four months, it was reported here today. Mr. Winer, who is chairman of the Chemical Division of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, will leave for his new post next month.
