State and city officials joined with Jewish leaders here in a meeting in Faneuil Hall, cradle of American liberty, in protest against the immigration stoppage in Palestine. The chief speaker was Gasper G. Bacon, president of the Massachusetts Senate. Elihu D. Stone presided.
