The Foreign Minister of Brazil, Joao Auguste de Araujo Castro, was honored here last night at the annual meeting of the Jewish-Brazilian Institute of Culture and Information, an organization sponsored by the Brazilian branch of the American Jewish Committee. The Institute chooses one outstanding Brazilian each year for its annual citation.
